Company Description

The founder Yasuharu Tanabe established"Hokkai Foods" as private management in 1959.
It was organizational chranged to "Hokkai Co.,Ltd" on December 12,1962.

A deep-rooted on nationwide scale including KOBE and OSAKA fan of the products of "KOURAN" has spread.

It was supported by the local people and tourists,and it was established as the souvenir of KOBE.
We are sure that if we make something good, they must be sold so we make 500,000 pork buns(BUTA-MAN) a month by handmade in our own factory.

The ingredients are domestic pork and onions which are examined repeatedly.
We extract the flavor of the material to its maximum and stick to the real one.
