Hoche Partners Capital ("HP") together with the New York City Regional Center ("NYCRC") operate an economic development program designed to create new and permanent jobs for U.S. workers through foreign investment. Effectively, the NYCRC is authorized by the U.S. Congress and has been awarded New York City and surrounding market the exclusive right to solicit foreign investment capital in real estate projects that create jobs and can issue an immediate and permanent U.S. Resident Green Card in addition to the rate of return on and return of the investment.There are approximately 3,000 U.S. Resident Green Cards available for immediate issuance and the NYCRC is preparing to make an investment in the Brooklyn Navy Yards which is owned by the City of New York. All capital raised will go toward the $80 million project to redevelop exisitng buildings which will then be occupied by commercial tenants with a "Green Initiative".Cost of application is USD $35,000 and the investment per applicant is USD $500,000. Investors may seek financial assistance from family, friends,employers and/or private sources provided this assistance is disclosed on the investor application. The U.S. Resident Green Card becomes permanent in approximately (2) or at the completion of the project and all benefits are enjoyed by the investor and the immediate family members.
