We are ISO 9001 : 2000 certified to assure you of our commitment to quality controls and good management practice to strive to serve you better.OUR FACILITIES * 12 units precision Extruder which include German, Japanese, Italian, American and Taiwan Extruders. * EDM Wire Cut Machine * Milling and Lathe Machine * Punching Machines for down line punching * Moisture Content Tester * Embossing Rollers for textured finishing * CAD CAM capabilities to combine design and precision wire cutting of dies to actual product manufacturing. * Dual Co-Extrusions to extrude multi-color and two different materials either combining plastics with plastics or plastics with rubber. * UL TESTING for flame retardant.OUR CAPABILITIES * We are capable to extruding all kinds of Plastics and Rubber ranging from 0.4mm thickness to 10mm thickness with a width range of 300mm * Design & Engineering with In House Tooling Service utilizing CAD CAM Wirecut facilities.
