we are HenryGold ventures(Nig)Ltd. we are into sales of Crude Oil here in Nigeria, Our PROCEDURE:1. Buyer and seller sign the Sales/ Purchase Contract Agreement with NCND/IMFPA2. Buyer signs the SPA and send ATB for the seller to issue Marine ATB for them to go on board for inspection.3. Seller pre-charter’s vessel and forwards pre-charter and Q88 to buyer for verification4. Seller loaded vessel in favour of the Buyer, with the vessel Captain endorsing copies of the below listed documents which are forwarded to the buyer and the vessel sails to COTONOU waters.5.Buyer confirms documents with Loading Terminal and provides inspectors (internationally recognised inspectors acceptable to both parties) and supercargoes details for Marine ATB.6.Seller’s loaded vessel Captain issues Marine ATB to buyer and buyer sends his inspectors and supercargoes onboard for 2nd confirmation of Q & Q at COTONOU waters. Cost to the buyer, and report forwarded to both buyer and seller. 7.Upon confirmation of 2nd Q & Q onboard loaded vessel, full charter is placed by buyer with seller’s authorization. 8.Payments are effected within 24 hours by SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER for cargo to the seller, and commissions to seller’s agent/facilitators and buyer’s agent/facilitators and project handlers. Cargo title is transferred and seller provides buyer with all other relevant shipping documents and all certified required certificates
