Hengshui Decheng Machinery&Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 and is a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise of investment casting and machining. It has 218 staffs and 53 technical engineers and staffs. It covers 30, 000 sqm land, and has precision casting workshop and machining workshop. In 2008, it passed ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certification. In 2013, it passed SGS Authentication and ISO/TS16949: 2009 "casting and machining for automotive parts" Quality Management System Certification. With advanced technology and strong technical force, we can produce great variety of products.

Our company has advanced casting machines such as sodium silicate process precision casting production line and silica sol process precision casting production line, horizontal and open molding line, Omar processing line and resin sand production line to produce all kinds of castings, whose precision can reach Grade CT3-CT4, and surface roughness can reach Ra 3.2 um. The products are mainly used in industries such as automotive, ship, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, engineering machinery, construction, electronic and mechanical industry, pump&valve, hardwares&tools, etc. The castings are made of different kinds of carbon steel, stainless steel, gray iron, ductile iron, high temperature alloy, cast aluminum, cast copper, etc. in compliance with standards such as GB, ASME, ANSI, DIN, NF, JIS, BS, AS, etc. At present, there are up to a thousand kinds of products with annual capacity of over1000 tons.

As for quality control, we have complete set of test instruments&machines and carry out TQM management system and advanced quality control techniques. We have professional technical team: our senior engineer has worked in casting industry for more than 40 years, he can design the fittest production plan for all the castings, especially very difficult ones. For example: when he designed the plan for drain valve with inner groove, he designed precasting ceramic core to get a 360 degree circulation groove. We have been providing our best services to both national and foreign customers with sincere service and reliable quality.

So far, we have processed automotive parts, machinery parts, valve parts, truck parts for Beiqi Foton Automobile Company, Sany Heavy Industry, USA, Germany, Canada, Japan, Russia, etc.

At the same time, we have over 80 sets of machining processing machines including machining centers, lathes, milling machines, planers, drilling machines etc. According to our detailed designs, all kinds of products including machines for complete sets of production lines, single machines and parts can be processed in the workshop and also a series of the work from machining to assembly can be completed nicely.

Among our machining products, our complete sets of gypsum board production lines, gypsum powder production lines, etc are mainly exported to Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, etc. We have professional design engineers, technological engineers, electrical engineers and installation team, and we can independently complete the tasks from design, manufacture, electrical control&PLC system design to on-site test production. Since the first production line was handed over, we have exported many production lines to countries like Oman, Russia, Uzbekistan etc.
