Henan University of Technology Oil & Protein Biotechnology Co., Ltd is a leading manufacturer specialized in the technology and machinery equipment of oils & fats and plant protein extraction. We technologically relied on Henan University of Technology (Previous Zhengzhou Grain College), Henan Designing Institute of Grain & Oil and Henan Mechanical Design and Research Institute. We have over 20 years experience in this line. Tens of experts and more than 30 engineers being employed and working in our company ensure the powerful ability in both R&D and process design. We have obtained tens of patents for invention and 25 utility models, and obtained five times of national technology R&D achievement transfer funds.

We mainly undertakes the process design, production, installation and debugging turn-key project of the pretreatment, pre-pressing, extraction, refining, fractionation, protein concentrate process and the deep processing of farm and sideline products. Specifically it includes the design of process, equipment, electric power distribution, automatic control, civil engineering, building shell, and the development of new process etc. A lot of processes developed by our company have been successfully applied, such as the dehulling process of soy, the extraction process with puffing, the negative evaporation process, the continuous process of physical refining, the process for superfine fragrant peanut oil, the phospholipid concentrate process etc. The low yield issue for the oils with highly acid value has been successfully overcome using the LLWT refining process developed by our company.

We have designed and constructed many projects in China and abroad. One of our landmark projects is the 1200T/D Peanut oil production line we designed and constructed for Henan Sanyuan Grain & Oil Co., Ltd. It's the largest cold pressed peanut oil production line in China and even in the world. This project is honoured as the king of cold pressed peanut oil in China.
