It covers 66000 square meters with registered capital of RMB 27,000,000 and the total capital of RMB 270,000,000. There are 358 employees, among which are 28 senior engineers, 38 intermediate engineers, 152 technical staff. The annual production of ��uan Cheng��spiral Submerged Arc-welded Steel Pipe-- the outside diameter from 219mm to 2432mm with all thickness 6mm-32mm achieves up to 200,000tons.There are 4 sets of SSAW Steel Pipe production lines. All of them use the advanced equipment such as Lincoln automatic submerged-arc solder, on-line digital ultrasonic flaw detector, hydraulic compression testing machine, Real-time X-ray imaging, computer control universal testing machine and Charpy impact tester, to guarantee the product quality. Based on the strictly quality control system, all of our products have passed the test of ��ertification accreditation administration of petroleum materials of the People's Republic of china��Our plant get the special equipment manufacturing licenses which awarded by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People�� Republic of China. All pipes are produced mainly according to SY/T5037-2000,GB/T9711.1-1997, APISpec5L standards. And the material adopts Q235, Q345, 10#, 20#, 16mn, L245, L290, L360,X42-X70. Our products widely uses in the electric power, the thermal energy, offshore oil piling, chemicals, water supply , transporting natural gas, petrol , piling, building bridge, steel structures, and other engineering fields.Based on high quality, we have passed the Authentication ISO9002 Quality Management System since2001, and passed the Authentication ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System in 2003.
