Our hollow sheet is divided into two - layer hollow sheet, multi - layer honeycomb hollow sheet, three - layer hollow sheet, four - layer hollow sheet.The thickness of the double-layer hollow sheet can be divided into 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 4mm.The thickness of the multilayer honeycomb hollow sheet is 6mm-20mm.The thickness of the three-layer hollow sheet is 8mm-25mm.The thickness of the four-layer hollow sheet is 6mm-20mm.
Our PC solid sheet is divided into ordinary solid sheet, particle sheet, matte sheet, printing sheet.The thickness of PC soild sheet can be divided into 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 12mm.
The color of hollow sheet and soild include sheet transparent, blue, green, white, brown, blue, red etc.If the order is large, we can according to customer demand for other colors.
Our polycarbonate sheet has the characteristics of impact resistance, weather resistance, durability, fire resistance and so on.
The polycarbonate sheet by the external force, will not produce debris, not brittle fracture.Its short-term load temperature of -100 degrees Celsius to 135 degrees Celsius.
Our polycarbonate sheet is produced by the method of UV-PC three layer.The surface of the polycarbonate sheet is uniformly coated with a high concentration of UV coating.The UV coating can ensure that the sheet will not appear aging after ten years.Xanthochroia index for raw data is less than 10 in the first ten years.Transmittance contrast to the original data is less than 6%.
PC sheet spontaneous combustion temperature of 630 degrees Celsius.According to the GB8624-1997 standard, our polycarbonate sheet of fire grade is difficult to burn B1 grade.It can Self extinguishing, and it will not produce smoke and poisonous gases.
