It gives us immense pleasure to introduce our company as a growth oriented and quality conscious engineering firm.The organization is managed by Technocrats, having wide experience in Projects, Maintenance, Production & Marketing of Industrial Valves for leading valve-manufacturing company based at Ahmedabad.Our product range includes Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly, Ball, Diaphragm, Pulp, Plug, Pinch, Strainer, Air Valve, Steam Traps, Pneumatic & Electric Operated Control Valves, Knife Edge Gate Valve, Conduit Gate Valve, ***** & Non ***** Flanges, PRS Station, Pipe Fittings and many more.The valves ranges in size from 10 NB to 1200 NB, Pressure Rating Class 150# to 2500# and the Material of Construction can be Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Forged Steel, Gun Metal as well as Alloy Steel to suit specific customer requirement.As a special development, company has developed Bellows Seal Globe Valves & Piston Valves for Thermic Fluid & High-Pressure & High Temperature services.We would like to inform you that our company has ISO 9001 - 2000 Certified by RWTUV- GERMANY. Also we are approved with EIL, DGQA, MAZGAON DOCK, MECON, PDIL, LLYODS, BVIS, DNV, CEIL, TDC, NTPC, BHEL, IOCL, HPCL, NPCIL, BAXCOUNCIL and others.Further, we are also API â 6D company and bearing ISI mark for our Butterfly Valves up to 600 mm.As a backward integration we have set up various foundreis (A) Foundry for S/Steel, WCB etc with capacity of 110 Kw / 285 Kg. (B) Foundry for Alluminium & Bronze. (C) A cupola furnace for Cast Iron (Gr. 22/24/26) with a capacity a single piece casting of 400 Kg. (D) An induction furnace for âInvestment Castingâ of 125 Kw having capacity of 150 Kg per piece can be made. This foundry has Ductable Air Conditioning Plant for better dimensional controls. Moreover we have in house Dies / Mould & Pattern shop.
