The registered capital is 50 million Yuan (RMB).The Company adopts the structural system that the General Manager is in Charge of the liability on managing work under the leadership of board of directors and board of supervisors.The company possesses following assets, 4 production lines of FRP process pipe winding machines, 6 sets of FRP storage tank winding equipment, 4 sets of FRP vessel winding equipment, 13 lines of full automatic reinforced plastic mortar pipe winding machines controlled by computer and 11 production lines of pultruded FRP products and gratings.At present time, the company is one of the biggest in scale，most advanced in technology and most powerful in its production, a specialized manufacturer for FRP series products in China.The main equipment were imported from Italy at its early stage, the company can produce serial pipes within DN4, 000mm and serial vessels, towers and pressure vessels within 15, 000mm and also FRP pultruded profile products , gratings , tension member of optical cable and construction of equipment.The FRP products produced here have performed very good characteristics as good in pressure tolerance, high in strength and stiffness, light in weight, long time lasted, corrosion resistance, nonpoisonous and tasteless, clean and smooth in interior surface.
