7. To organize and welcome international delegations researching on local market. Holding talks on trade for local and foreign enterprises.
8. To organize conferences, seminars, professional training courses and providing commercial information for enterprises located in the area.
9. To coordinate with organizations or enterprises to organize commercial fairs and exhibitions according to schedule of ha noi city people's committee for trade department.
