The opportunity driven business development strategy of Real Innovators LED to the successful implementation of the Crude Oil Cleaning project. Indian refiners have spent $2.28B producing cleaner petrol and diesel. Indias 17 refineries which process 2.3 million BPD of crude oil, needed to invest Rs.350 billion by 2010 to meet strict emission rules to reduce pollution. Real Innovators realized this lucrative project and ventured into a research and innovation based Crude Oil Cleaning Project and invented an innovative approach to this solution, which is now being considered all around the world. With this innovative project 99% of the impurities have been successfully removed from the crude oils. It has reduced the refining costs by 50% and billions of dollars can be saved with this process. Saudi Aramco, one of the biggest oil refiners in world has demonstrated deep interest in considering the project. A novel and Innovative process to recycle used engine oil, which has resulted in reduction of project cost by 50% and processing costs by 40%, with a payback period of less than a year has been successfully developed and under implementation by Real Innovators in India, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Under Current projects Real Innovators is in the process of innovating Fired Heater Simulation software with Graphical out-put enabling reduction in fuel consumption by 10% and capacity increase by 25-50%.
