A PERSONAL LETTER FROM FACTORY OWNER, Mr. CHENG LIN. YEHello! My full name actually is Ye Cheng Lin as Chinese put their surnames before their forenames. You may call me Ye, since it is easy to pronounce it (YES without S). I am 41, the factory owner and legal representative of Hangzhou Xiaoke Energy Saving Technology Company Limited.Since my first lamp I manufactured in a southern factory in 1992, I have witnessed the evolution of the lamps of all kinds of light sources, and their applications in the lighting projects.Six years ago, I established my first lighting engineering company in Hefei, Anhui province. In its first five years, we had completed a dozen of lighting projects both inside and outside the province, some of which were awarded by all levels of governments. In the LED lighting field, the company has achieved nearly twenty patents, involving several solely-developed fixtures, improvement of components' heat dissipation performance and easier installation & application. However, all the glories had been the past.Last March, I was forced to start my career life from the ground up again. And three months later, a new factory came into being (of course, the factory facility was leased). The new factory only employs eight people. Three of them were welcome on board and joined my R&D team. They are all structural engineers of LED lighting fixtures, and it is my great honor to work with them together.We have tried to improve thermal management of LED lighting fixture through the changes of its Aluminum cooling structures. Our goal is to limit the maximum surface temperature rise to 25 or even down to 19 Degrees Celsius, but first ensuring the easy outlet of the heat produced by LEDs from inside to outside. To cut down production cost and for easy installation, we have been working on the new methods to cut down the weight of LED fixtures.My team has been enlarging our product range by contributing a couple of new lamps every month, sometimes by integrating latest materials and technologies into what we already have, and sometimes by some original ideas of ours. We are trying to keep pace with the latest technologies, and contribute.We are committed to manufacturing products different from our competitions, in order to deliver unique customer experience. We manufacture high-wattage LED lamps for gas stations, factories, warehouses, toll stations, shopping malls, squares and bridges. For these outdoor and half-outdoor LED lamps, we have our own Registered Trademark, Brightlux. It indicates our desire that we will always want to present the LED lamps with latest LED technologies to our customers all over the world.We know the lead time of LED lighting products is contingent on that of LED Driver, so we have designed and developed our own LED Drivers to meet customer's strict delivery period (15~20days). We give 3-year limited warranties for LED Driver with our name onto it. If our driver dies within three years after sales, we will replace with new one free of charge.I hope my six years thermal management experience can make a difference to your business. Alhough many of our products haven't been certified by some international safety or quality certifications, we are confident of passing the authentication tests as long as you can trust your order with us.
