Hangzhou TianLing Textile Co., Ltd is located at Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's 20 km from the Hangzhou International Airport. Established on January.09, 2006, the company now covers more than 8000 square meters as the factory area. TianLing Textile is a professional manufactory with products covers all kinds of bedding linen and travel bedding filled with feather & down or polyester.Now it has two own brands also, one is Max-Home and the other is Sai Teng.In the past year, TianLing has established strong business relationship with customers from all over the world, such as KBT, Meters/Bonwe, TESCO, Aussino, and Hollander. Now the annual turnout of TianLing Textile is over 1 billion RMB.Being a modernized factory, TianLing Textile is in line with the international conventions from products design to management system. TianLing Textile has production area more than 1000 square meters and all the equipments of cutting, carding, sewing and quilting are advanced. Besides all the modernized hardware facilities, the energetic and experienced working-team is another advantage of TianLing Textile.Running under the IS0 9001 Quality Management System, TianLing Textile has total quality control for the whole procedure from the incoming raw materials till finished products. Firstly, TianLing has annual appraisal of all its suppliers for raw materials and main accessories. All the incomings must be inspected and the inspection records will be the bases for the annual appraisal of suppliers. Secondly, TianLing follows the general quality management system to have FPI, IPC and FRI during production. Thirdly, for the finished products, TianLing samples according to the SN/T0553. In the production area, TianLing has one QC per ten workers to ensure all the products from TianLing Textile are qualified.
