LOCATION
RIKA TEXTILE, a professional home textile manufacturer which established in 2000, has a production base and a branch factory, with totally about 10,000m2 working room for production. We are located in Tongxiang, Zhejiang, where is famous for home textile and convenient in transportation to Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port. We have office and show room in Hangzhou for handling & contacting with our customers.

MAJOR PRODUCTS
Specialized in Quilt, Duvet, Pillow, Cushion, Cushion cover, all kinds of Mattress Protector, Bed sets, Mattress topper, Blanket, Curtain, Sofa cover, etc.

FACILITY & CAPACITY
Four sets of automatic computerized knitting machines producing terry fabric and polyester jersey fabric, etc, which mainly for all kinds of mattress protector.
One set of automatic fabric inspecting machine.
Two sets of automatic computerized high speed fiber combing machines.
Ten sets of automatic computerized single-needle quilting machines.
Fifty sets of stitching sewing machines.
One automatic computerized multi-needle quilting machine.
Three sets of pillow blowing machines.
Three sets of vacuum pack machines.
All other relevant necessary equipment.

Production capacity
More than 700,000 pcs per year for quilts or duvets.
More than 800,000 pcs per year for water proof mattress protectors.
More than 400,000 pieces annually for cushions and blankets.
