Hangzhou Golden Flame Packaging & Multi-Color Printing Co., Ld, formerly known as Hangzhou Xinlei Industry & Trade Co., Ltd, was legally established on August 27, 2013, in Yuhang District of Hangzhou, with an initial registered investment of 1,500,000 Yuan(USD 250,000). The company was mainly engaged in manufacturing plastic packing bags. As business continuously grew, in July of 2014, our own factory was built in Maoyuanling Village, in Pingyao town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City.
Today, the company has a total registered capital of 1.5 million CNY (USD 250,000), with a total investment of 24 million CNY (USD 4 million), and our annual turnover has reached 30 million CNY (USD 5 million) in 2014.
Our company is a professional manufacturer of plastic packaging materials, mainly including plastic bags, such as HDPE bags, LDPE bas, OPP bags, PP bags, compositing material bags. Our own factory covers 4,800 square meters, and a staff over 70 workers has formed eight production lines, added with one manual line, with collection of plastic film inflation, multi-color printing, compositing and bag producing as a whole. Our main equipments are such as 6 inflation film inflating machines, 2 high speed fully-digital eight-color gravure-printing machines, 2 common six-color gravure-printing machines, 1 three-color gravure-printing machine, 1 four-color relief-printing machine, 1 high speed compounding machine, 2 high speed digital composite-bag making machines, 5 heat-sealing & heat-cutting bag making machines, 4 bottom-sealing bag making machines, inserting machines, edge-folding machines, dividing and cutting machines, etc; Our equipments are complete for all production lines, from materials pellets to finished plastic bag forming, and able to finish production up to 500 tons per year.
