Handan Baote Foundry Co., Ltd. is a specialized producer and exporter of casting products. We lie in the industry cluster of Handan City and cover an area of 60,000sqm. Bordering Handan Airport and Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, our company enjoys excellent transport facilities. All of our export business can be handled through the nearest Tianjin Port.

We have over 300 staff members, 17 of whom are engineers (5 seniors) and twenty are University graduates, boasting a strong capability of technical development and quality control.

There are two Disa Molding lines, which are of the best quality and high productivity. The majority of our products are small-sized castings of gray iron and ductile iron, with the dimension precision of CT 7-8 and the surface finish Ra 12.5. The combined annual production capacity exceeds 20,000 tons.

There is also a sub-foundry with hand molding, producing ductile iron, gray iron and steel castings of different kinds, with processes of green sand and resin sand. The annual output is over 6,000 tons.

Our products include auto parts, machinery parts, pipe fittings, railway components, pump parts, etc. With good quality, they sell well in the world.

Our company holds such certificates as ISO9001:2000, LPCB, UL, ULC, FM, VDS and TS16949.

We are also furnished with the following testing equipment - spectrometers, strength testers, hardness testers, chemical analyzers, metallographic microscopes, metallurgical analysis software, molding sand testers, and far-Infrared equipment for continuous recording of the temperature and automatic electronic scale .
