Hala Heavy Equipment Trading Establishment was set up in 1998 to source and sell quality used forklifts from Japan. Since then Hala has grown and diversified to become one of the key players in the UAEâs material handling and transport services sector.In 2002, Hala was the first to introduce Sideloaders in the UAE to efficiently handle and transport freight containers. In 2006, Hala was appointed the sole distributor of Heli Forklifts in the UAE. Heli is the worldâs 10th largest forklift manufacturer and is known globally for its tough and efficient forklifts. In 2005, Hala set up a Machine Shop to meet all engine machining requirements through the use of sophisticated precision instruments and machines.Today, Halaâs scope of operations includes selling new and used forklifts and forklift attachments, forklift and sideloader rentals, machining services and undertaking repairs for forklifts and warehouse equipment.
