Haining Lubao Warp Knitting Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. We are a leading warp knitted fabric manufacturer and exporter in China. We are a large scale enterprise professionally producing warp knitted fabric.

Our factory is located in Haining City, Zhejiang Province. We own warp knitting factory, dyeing factory, laminating and foil coating factory with a total investment of RMB 68 million. Factory covers an area of 88000 square meters, with a building area of 50000 square meters. Our company has over 200 professionals with all kinds of expertise and skills.

Factory is equipped with HKS3, HSK4, 28E, 32E, 170", 180", 210" high-speed warp knitting machine from German Karel Meyer Corp., high-speed auto warping machine from Taiwan Xinghong Inc. We also import high-temperature-high-pressure overflow dyeing machine, hydrosetting machine, raising machine, sanding machine, shearing machine, laminating machine and foil coating machine.

Our products mainly include following series: PTT elastic fabric series, tricot suede/circular suede series, micro/EF velboa , tricot brushed fabric, tricot mesh, tricot dazzle fabric, plush fabric, tricot corduroy fabric, sofa fabric, flocking fabric, laminating fabric and related post-processing, such as: printing, bronzing, coating, laminating, emboss and so on.

In order to meet the challenges of international market, we always devote to developing news products. We have successful developed the new generation PTT functional elastic memory fabric series in front of the knitting fabric lines. These fabrics are all made by PTT (CM800) yarn, such as: PTT four ways suede, PTT tricot brushed fabric, PTT micro velboa, PTT circular knitted fabric and so on. These fabrics have excellent warp and weft elastic memory recovery characteristic, excellent anti-crease characteristic, excellent breathable characteristic, good color fastness, good hand feeling, comfortable and leisure characteristic.
