It was set up in 1997,include Haicheng Haizhou Hongrui Talc Plant, Hongrui Mine and Hongrui Carving Plant, has mine ore with greatest quality & high whiteness & lower impurities about 3 square kilometers, warehouses about thirty thousand square kilometers, workshops about twenty thousand square kilometers, three sets of equipments with advanced techniques; the yearly capacity for ore is about one hundred-fifty thousand tons, the production capacity for talc powder is about seventy thousand tons ,the size is from 200 mesh to 3000 mesh.
