Gulf Dura Industries Ltd, another GGICO PLC Holdings venture, is an ambitious project specialized in the development, manufacturing and trade of high quality and technologically advanced electromechanical installations for construction.

With operations already commenced its operation with the General and Sales Administration based in Dubai, and its ultra modern manufacturing facilities in Ras Al Khaimah, servicing local, regional & global booming construction markets.

The current boom in construction, fueled by rapid economic and population growth, has created a strong growing market demand for construction Materials for high-rise commercial/residential buildings, in addition to numerous public and private development projects.

With a modern high tech plant in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai based Gulf Dura Industries, is quickly becoming a world contender and leader of latest technology building material systems. With a project cost of approximately 90 million Dirhams and a 35,000 Sq meter plot in proximity to local market focus and export seaports, and a building of 15,000 Sq meters which will include production halls, warehouses, and administration offices
