Guangzhou Plastic Industrial Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GZPL"), a subsidiary of Guangzhou Light Industry & Trade Group Ltd, established in 1993, is a large state-owned company with two factories, Guangzhou Rodman Plastics Co. Ltd. and Jinweilong Company, both of which have a long history of producing plastic products.

GZPL mainly deals with the import of plastic raw materials, such as Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and the export of light industrial products, including plastic injected products (plastic pallets, large turnover trunks and baskets, etc.), plastic products for daily use, hollow containers, thin-film materials (cast film, heat-sealed substrates, civilian packages, farm-use films, calendaring films), color printing and laminated packages, etc. which are highly favorable in Europe, the United States, Australia and Southeast Asia.

As the leading distributor of materials, GZPL has established strategic cooperation with China National Petroleum Corporation and become its most important partner in South China. GZPL has practiced both ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System and ERP System of Kingdee for management.
