Carbon Black Global’s Patent Pending technology reduces biomass/rubber/plastic to carbon while producing synthetic fuels. The ability to form multiple high value products makes this system profitable, sustainable and green. Green Heat LLC will use Carbon Black Global LLC technology to create a clean, efficient Biomass Reduction plant in Dyersburg Tennessee. This endeavour will bring local biomass feedstock to the Dyersburg facility. Phase one is a dual process system that will produce over 100 tons of activated carbon weekly while generating synthetic fuels. This will allow the plant to be self sufficient, selling excess electricity back to TVA. Phase two will add two additional dual processers that will increase productive to 300 tons of activated carbon. Green Heat will create over 15 full time positions in phase one and up to 40 positions in phase two.
