All six manufacturing locations are awarded with internationally recognized quality certification.Business Group I (BG I):Diesel Engine Unit located in Pune ( Western India ) manufactures diesel engines ranging from 15Hp to 816 Hp, Diesel generating sets from 7.5- 520 KVA, Dual fuel engines/gensets from 30-400 KVA and Gas fuelled generators (Natural gas, Bio Gas & Producer gas) from 125-300 KVA. Built in true tradition of GREAVES, each engine is a marvel of engineering excellence in itself and compliant to relevant BS/DIN/ISO standards.BG I also includes a foundry unit, which manufactures Cast Iron and S. G Iron castings using up to date process technology. The facility has capability to produce castings ranging from 2 Kgs to 500 Kgs per piece. The foundry has an induction furnace with a total capacity of 300 tons.. 2: 2:Business Group II (BG II):This unit located in Chennai (Southern India) manufactures lightweight Petrol/Kerosene engines in the range of 1Hp to 4 Hp, genset in 1400 watts and self priming pump sets from 1.5 Hp to 3 Hp. Application of these engines can be broadly classified under vibrators, lawn movers, self-priming centrifugal pumps, power sprayers etc. This group also deals with portable diesel self-priming pump sets from 5 HP to 10 HP.Business Group III (BG III):The manufacturing plants of this business group are located in Aurangabad (Western India) and Ranipet (Southern India). The products manufactured in these plants are portable light diesel engines from 4.4 Hp to 11 Hp and specialized diesel generators from 500 VA to 4 KVA.
