Global Distributing, LLC, has been legally registered, founded and incorporated since 2005 in Wisconsin, USA.

We are mainly focused on supplying of wholesale consumer products in United States markets only, as well as acting strictly as a commission agent in international distribution of absolutely no broker-markup stock-lots, which are owned and warehoused by all China-based manufacturers, and priced at production or below production cost, thus we are in the absolute position to provide the lowest cost possible to our global buyers.

The stock-lots we deal in are strictly order cancellations (not leftovers), overstocks, surplus inventory, clearance, closeouts, canceled shipments as well as strategic over-productions of apparel and accessories, bags and purses, garments, footwear, home textiles and supplies. Each and every individual lot is absolutely pre-inspected for quality assurance prior to its online posting. Even with any slight defects, if found upon pre-inspection, that exist on any one of the stock-lots, we always reveal such defects honestly to all prospective global buyers in terms of the lots' true quality status.

As a commission agent we truly consider and treat ourselves more as a service provider for our global buyers and the China-based manufacturers by converting their stock-lots into cash than simply a stock-lot sales agent.

In addition, we accept custom-made orders from global buyers interested in having their own products made per their exact designs and specifications.
