3) price: Us$ 33.50m/t cnf china port
4) payment procedures: Confirmed irrevocable transferable, without recourse letter of credit in favour of the seller for 100% of the shipment value.
5) p. B: The seller does not offer any performance bonds as they are very reliable and have successfully been exporting iron ore for over 30 years.
6) commissions: This rate includes a us$ 0.25m/t commission for any intermediary involved this will be secure by an fpa, that will automatically become an ipo upon receipt of l/c.
