Procedures are below and we do not take contract over 2 years (24 months), as we cannot guarantee prices to be the same like at start. Able to supply 100,000 MT to 50 Million MT.Payment terms and procedures are Non Negotiable, No extra charge for Non Transferable L/Cs or Language request on cement bags.Serious buyer's only, I will get you a draft contract in 24 hours or less if you meet our guide lines mention above and procedures below, direct buyer's please, no brokers trying to get rich.1) LOI/ICPO with BCL or soft probe needed 2) Seller sends Draft contract to buyer Buyer returns Draft Contract.3) Seller then Issues Final Contract.4) Buyer Signs Final Contract and returns to Seller.5) Buyer may open Non Operative L/C6) Seller's does POP and 2% PB Activates L/C7) Shipments Commences per contract.
