Using our semi-automatic and fully-automatic turning machines such as the 6-spindle, 1-spindle and vertical switching-ring machines, we are able to carry out drilling, milling andtapping. We deliver precision-turned parts up to 32 millimetres in diameter and long turned parts with diameters of up to 12.5 mm.As a material we mainly use CuZn39Pb3 grade brass. We also manufacture customised orders using CuZn40Pb2 (CW617N), CuZn38Pb2 (CW608N) and dezincification-resistant CuZn36Pb2As (CW602N) grades in accordance with Drinking Water Regulation DIN 50930 Part 6.However, 11SMnPb30+C machine steel and AlCuMgPb aluminium grade can also be processed even with high volumes.Slotting, milling, drilling and tapping can also be carried out as part of the subsequent processing in addition to surface treatments such as tumble deburring and galvanic finishes.
