Garland Manufacturing specializes in custom profile extrusion of Ulte-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW PE), an impact-resistant and abrasion-resistant material widely used in conveying, food processing, industrial automation, mechanical power transmission, transportation, mining, and agricultural applications.Our company manufactures UHMW PE in board, bar, rod, tube, and over 350 stock and custom profile extrusions, including complex geometries, right angle profile, bearings, rod guides, chain guides, and self-adhesive finished parts.UHMW PE can be supplied in an array of custom colors and additive blends to achieve customer specifications, although the majority of our product is manufactured to meet or exceed the standard specification for UHMW PE, ASTM D-4020-05a.
