LTD from Junior Geologist to General Manager – Raw material. 4. One and half year as MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE for both QMS & EMS. STRENGTH Specialization in Quartz & Feldspar( Mining, Survey, Reserve estimation with respect to quality, quantity & end use, Mine development planning  & execution, preparation of feasibility report)  Raw material procurement from various states in India (Tamil Nadu, Andharapradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan, Orissa, Jharkant & Chattisgarh) based on customer requirement, end use application (Semi conductor, Engineered stone) & inventory stock level for the plants located in different states in India. Maintain quality wise raw material stock purchased from different location having different chemical parameters. Raw material issue to production with proper blending (having different chemical raw material procured from different places) to get required customer  spec considering the existing mill condition, raw material, grinding media ratio & other factors. Negotiation & finalization with raw quartz suppliers, Mine Owners & Transporters with respect t to price and payment terms. Raw Quartz export planning and execution as per the customer dispatch schedule & packing requirement (loose stuffing or material in jumbo bags (1000 Kg.)  in 20 feet containers) Well versed with statutory requirements of various regulatory departments in both State & Central Government bodies for getting Prospecting / Mining Leases in own land/ Revenue / Forest land. Knowledge of availability of material with respect to end use application throughout India.
