Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd, its predecessor is Fujian Qingzhou Paper Mill, which was founded in 1958 and put into formal production in May, 1971, established the stock holding system in April, 1993 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in July, 1997; after fifty years of development, it has become a large state-owned public company which integrated pulping, paper-making, power & heat production, chemical recovery, pharmacy, photo-electron and raw material forest base into a whole.

The company at present possesses total assets of 3.442 billion yuan, net assets of 1.831 billion yuan, total of 1.06184 billion shares and employees 3228 people. QINGSHAN has over 10 sharing and holding subsidiaries. It is a national key producer of kraft sack paper and bleached dissolving pulp, listed as one of 1000 companies focused on developing by state government, one of "twelfth five-year" 50 industry leaders supported by Fujian province, and is the largest paper producer in Fujian Province. The company has successively passed the ISO quality management system certification and ISO 14001 environmental management system certification of international standard.

The company has a provincial-level technical center and a strong team with 580 engineering and technical people.Major equipment are made in world famous paper machine manufacturers such as Voith, Ahlstrom and Metso etc, owning the annual capacity of producing 200,000 tons of kraft sack paper and 100,000 tons of bleached dissolving pulp.

The company leading product "QINGSHAN" brand series of products are "National Famous Brand", includes 70-110g/m2 kraft and clupak kraft sack paper series, 60-120g/m2 kraft fine paper series, 110-250g/m2 series of kraft test liner and kraft liner fully made from wood pulp as well as bleached dissolving pulp. The products sell well through the country and export to southeast Asia, the Middle East and other countries and regions, of which the sack paper series won the title of national free-inspection quality product and rank the top in terms of quality and market share domestically. Product quality of the bleached dissolving pulp is up the international standard and the test liner series have the highest market share in Fujian province, which quality stay the leading position in China.
