Materials used in production

The materials used in production of these medical instruments conform
to internationally recognized standards; viz. Grade AISI-410,
Grade AISI-420 and Grade AISI-304. We use Japanese, German and
French stainless steels

Quality control System:

All material used is tested by the laboratory SIMTL (Surgical Instruments
Manufacturer Association Testing Laboratory.)

In-house checking of instruments is 100% 3 stages; before tempering,
before 1st polishing and after 2nd polishing. Then at the time of stamping
and packing, each and every instrument is checked and examined very
