Served as sole procurement company to support Exxon Neftegas, Ltd. and the Amur Shipbuilding Plant's project to refurbish the Orlan Platform for the EPC-3 phase of Sakhalin-I. FIAS was responsible for procurement, inspection, certification, logistics and vendor payments of $41 million USD.

Served as procurement company for the Sakhalin-II Waterflood Module fabrication project, under contract with the Amur Shipbuilding Plant.

Ongoing supplier for Sakhalin Energy's Vityaz Production Complex (Molikpaq).

Supplier for ONGC Videsh Seismic Boat Project (Russian Far East).

Supplied Tanks Project (ExxonMobil/ABB-Lummus Global Work).
