FENATEX International Co., Ltd., was established in the year 1994 and was then known as Lasser Thailand Co., Ltd. We had then obtained the Sole Distributorship of Lasser Shuttle Embroidery machines, manufactured by Lasser AG of Switzerland for the market of Thailand. In 2000 we also obtained the selling rights for SunStar industrial sewing machine and SWF embroidery machines from Korea, Proel laser cutting and engraving machine from Italy and Pfaff Sewing machines from Germany

In the year 1995, our subsidiary firm Lasser (India) Pvt. Ltd., was established in Faridabad, India. This was in response to the increasing demand of embroidery machines and technical support required by the Embroidery Industry in India. Our sister concerned firm Gamma Textile Mfg. Ltd., has a substantial experience of over a decade in this industry, we were able to gain true knowledge of the same from them and apply to our marketing, sales, distribution and after sales services segments.

Through the years, we have grown from being a machine distributor to a large trading house that deals in products related not only the embroidery industry but also one that covers the entire textile, garments and embroidery sectors in a very reputable manner.

Our growth prompted us and encouraged & expanded our vision by the passing days and in the year 1996 we decided to start catering to the raw material needs of our clients who have purchased machines from or through us. We started to source products from many different countries and expanded our product line to the level that covered and fulfilled most of the requirements of our old and new customers. Dealing in raw materials such as yarns and fabrics and spare parts for the machines along with other accessories we gained important experience.
During the passing years, we established contacts in many Asian and European countries. After the set up of our Indian subsidiary we contracted agencies with reputed organizations in Pakistan and Indonesia. With the increasing demand of good quality yarns especially in the synthetic segment, we contacted reputed Nylon Filament Yarn manufacturers from Japan, namely ASAHI-KASEI. The response was a positive one and we obtained the sole right of marketing and selling nylon filament yarns produced by Asahi's Indonesian branch. Our marketing and sales efforts have received amazing response and have been praised by Asahi's management for their distinctive outcome.

As our motto has always been customer satisfaction by quiet but quick response to the needs of theirs; we have been able to earn a reputation of a firm ever ready to assist, one that is none like others. With this we are always looking for ways to develop new products and expand our product line. This and efforts from all levels of our management have distinctively expanded our agent, representative firms and customer networks in to countries like, Poland, Austria, United States, South Korea, Australia, Egypt, Greece, U.A.E and many others.

Our R&D section works hard and fast along with the Merchandise Dept., to take us in to the 21st century as one of the leading suppliers of raw materials and other related products. This has resulted in to an aggressive marketing campaign of embroidery yarns and fabrics in the Asian region and also it has obtained us the Sole Selling rights of SWF embroidery machines. We have also started our own twisting plant in Thailand to produce embroidery yarns of high quality standards, which meet the requirements of Western customers and end users.
