FANAVAR PLASTIC SEPAHAN Co. located on a 50000 SQM area and enjoying experienced personnel, FANAVAR PLASTIC SEPAHAN Co. is a leading manufacture of UPVC and wooden-plastic in Iran.The main objective of this company is to build town and pre-fabricated houses in a broad rang to remove the need to house. The company has done a lot to achieve this objective and as a first step, it commenced production of UPVC sections and doors and windows.With addition of new production lines, PVC sheets and sealing rubber were introduced to the products list. As the company faced customers welcome extruder lines were added along with manufacture of machines for the assembly of door and window and UPVC panels. Ceiling and wall panels and pre-fabricated houses were manufactured based on orders.According to decisions of the board of directors, extruder lines were added again and this time UPVC ceiling panels by laminate and hot stamping methods were produced. Besides, manufacture of wooden-plastic products including entrance doors, wall covers, external appearance structures, kitchen cabinet, and pre-fabricated walls started to complement required materials of pre-fabricated structures.Now, FANAVAR PLASTIC SEPAHAN Co. has reached a monthly production rate of 700 tons and is considered a perfect industrial complex in terms of product quantity and versatility.FANAVAR PLASTIC SEPAHAN Co enjoying four series of UPVC section including 3 and 4 canal models, FANAVAR PLASTIC SEPAHAN Co is one of the largest Iranian production firms presenting different types of UPVC section in terms of form, area, section and weight having the ability to manufacture such section in different colors and designs.The company has obtained national Iranian standard 6840, ISO 9001-2008, approval of RAZI metallurgical institute as well as of Iranian polymer institute. Furthermore, the laboratory unit of this company enjoys all required equipment according to ISO 17025-2005.
