Max Contract Term - 12 Months

Min Order Quantity - 10k
Max Order Quantity - 20k
With an option to increase to 30k after two months of smooth& successful
Transactions.

Payment Instrument: One Month worth of production stock in a Revolving LC
(terms in LC must be agreed upon by both parties).

Delivery Time: First delivery 14 - 21 business days, each additional shipment will be the same.

Seller will show documents from Nokia that Proves they are doing a production run.

Model Change will be available with a 45 day written notice.

Price of Phone will be negotiated
