ENSINGER is a German family owned multi-national company with more than 40 locations worldwide manufacturing and distributing engineering plastics. Production methods for semi-finished materials include extrusion, casting and compression moulding. Finished parts are also manufactured by a variety of methods including machining, injection moulding and RIM (reaction injection moulding).ENSINGER has had an office in Shanghai selling semi-finished materials since 2001 but we are now pleased to announce that we have a new facility specializing in the machining of high performance plastic materials. This new facility is backed up by the wealth of experience available at our nine other specialist machine shops throughout the world where we have built up more than 40 years technical ability, knowledge and know-how in plastic machining. Our materials range from standard nylons and acetyls through to high performance grades such as PEEK,Teflon,Ultem,Delrin,PPS, and PVDF. ENSINGER is also an approved machinist to many major companies such as Rolls Royce, BAe Systems, BAe Defence, Messier Dowty, Agilent etc., and has many other customer approvals.
