My name is John Galasso and I would like to inform you that our company AGFE is a supplier of UREA. We are associated DIRECTLY with the UREA Factories in the Russian Federation. Partnering with them, we can guarantee the supply of Prilled and Granular UREA 46% for Agricultural purposes. WE ARE NOT A BROKER ENTERPRISE; WE HAVE DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE FACTORIES.
Our company will supply Logistics in order to assure delivery of the product to it's final destination (ASWP) . Inspection will be provided by SGS and Inspectorate to assure you quality of the product you will receive, at buyer's expense at unloading port, the UREA can be retested by SGS and / or Inspectorate agency.
As we are committed to deliver the product, we will have an AGFE logistic officer who will travel with the cargo and will remain in constant communication with our office to assure safe delivery.
Conditions of payment. Payment shall be effected by Confirmed, Irrevocable, transferable, Divisible Letter of Credit that will be renewable on a monthly shipment basis for a period of 12 month for monthly quantities, as per the annexed shipment schedule, in multiple shipments of 25, 000 M/ T. The Auto Revolving Letter of Credit issued from the buyers bank and destined to the sellers bank, assigned and financed in it's totality, issued and guaranteed through one of the 50 Prime World Banks. 100% payable to the sellers bank, straight forward against proof of documents of logistics and documents that presented to the bank, Price CIF, ASWP, according to contract conditions.
