The Company has its two manufacturing units in Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (G.I.D.C.), Makarpura, Vadodara, India with all infrastructures requires.ELMRAD has been established in the year 1973 and having Manufacturing, Developing products and Marketing experience of over 32 years.PLANT FACILITIESMACHINERIES:The Company has two independent units with all infrastructure and precise Mother Machineries like Milling Machines, Hobbing Machines, Tooth Grinder for worm shaft, Cylindrical Grinding Machines, Bore Grinding Machines, Center Lathes, Radial Drilling Machines, and Special purpose Profile Grinding Machine etc. The Company is equipped with all necessary Measuring Instruments & Jigs, Fixtures to produce components of high accuracy within 02-20 microns.MANPOWER:The plant has a team of 30 trained personal to maintain high precision levels of all our Products.We have an in line-assembly with load testing facilities for Drives and Gearboxes. All leading Manufacturers and consultants of machinery in India approved our products.Our products are exported as original components along with machines manufactured by our valuable clients. Besides, they have given satisfactory performance in different industrial application like cable, cement, food industries, leather, machine tools, paper, pharmaceuticals, plastic, polymer, printing, paints, pumps, rayon, rubber, textile, Tobacco, wire/cable, etc.We take pride in the fact that over a hundred Original Equipment Manufacturers[OEM] use our drives for 500 various types of applications.
