Founded in 1942, in a small workshop of hard candies and chocolate, the family business started up with the most modest means in terms of machinery and labor. EL KAISSI, specialized since the mid 1960's in the manufacturing of sugar coated nuts and chocolate, has accumulated decades of legacy.After about seventy years, EL KAISSI has earned its position as a leading coated confectionery manufacturer in the MENA region.The latest expansion of the business has been the construction of its new, more spacious production facility, equipped with more advanced machinery and more sophisticated resources. Such an expansion has allowed EL KAISSI to materialize its aspiration in terms of the achievement of the highest possible quality standards, as well as the enrichment of its coated confectionery products variety.Within the context of this expansion, comes the creation of our new retail brand: 'Dragees 42'. Au dela du privilege (beyond privilege) is the brand's promise; through 'Dragees 42', we proudly suggest a set of top-of-the-line distinguished dragees, stating the traditional strong, yet refined character of dragees, and emphasizing the adventurous innovative features of celebrations.
