The "Ecosphere" activities are aimed at improving the ecological environment in the ash dumps area, providing storage of combustion products formed during the operation of power plants, as well as the concomitant involvement in economic circulation recovered aluminosilicate microspheres.Extracting aluminum silicate microspheres company "Ecosphere" is carried out in two ways:with water on the ash dump of Novosibirsk Power Plant-5,directly from the Power Plant-5 furnace by removing volatile impurities from the ash slurry using a unique special equipment.The main fuel for the Novosibirsk Power Plant-5 are Kuznetsk coal, branded G and D.Our manufacturing facilities are located in the area of more than 3 thousand square meters and include:Storage for raw materials;Manufacturing facility for microspheres production;Zone of finished products, packaged in hermetically sealed containers (big bags) of 500-600 kg, ready to send to potential customersThe company operates a multi-level production control system, starting from raw materials analysis, and to control the quality of products in each package, shipped to the consumer.The samples are tested in a special laboratory for moisture, sediment, alkalinity, acidity, corresponding to the desired fraction. All of this allows us to provide the highest quality of our products.
