IntroductionThe ECONOPLAST Plastic Industrial Ltd., which was established at the beginning of 2007 on the basis of a research in the area of plastic raw material and also with the cooperation of big Plastic Product Manufacturers, is a plastic washing and recycling plant in Cegléd. The purchasing and installation of the operating production machine had been carried out in accordance with the packaging directives of The European Union.The producing technical equipment washes and cleans the collected PET bottles after selecting them by colours and produce PET flakes as finished goods that are temporarily being stored. The packing of the finished products has been managed in continuous operating hours day by day. Our expectation is that the machine wash and clean most effectively the PET plastic bottles - coming from polluted, communal wastages - from the dirt, as they still have bottle caps, plastic rings, labels and glue on it, as well, etc.The company?s average recycled plastic PET bottles volume per month will be increased to 350-400 metric tons per month in an year.StrategyThe strategy of ECONOPLAST Ltd. includes recycling process from collecting bottles - through selecting, washing and cleaning - up to being positioned in a product or/and in a product group both in Hungary and abroad, as well. The production line installed is the first step in our long-term investment, and so we also want to improve the quality of the PET raw material in order that the outcoming flakes be suited for upcycling processing.The ECONOPLAST Ltd. produces PET raw material to customers that require product qualified for fibre production, injection moulding, and packaging material for raw material household chemicals.
