The company has been manufacturing and selling Industrial / Engineering tools as per following divisions in the domestic in the domestic as well as international market under the brand name INVICTA, ESI & SPEED GOVERNOR
The Most modern plants located in Mumbai the commercial capital of India close to the international airport and to the seaport to make transportation easier for the movement of the material with 40,000 sq. ft. RCC factory having necessary manufacturing facilities. The company professionally managed with experienced staff, technically qualified engineers, dedicated supervisors and has the work force of 200 people, well versed with the requisite know how. The industrial relationship in the company has been excellent since its inception.

The company is based in Mumbai with branch offices at Cochin, Surat & Udaipur and has made network of channel partners throughout the country and all dealers are supported for marketing the technical assistance by team of qualified Resident Marketing Executives in major industrial towns.

Under our expansion and diversification program the company entered into the manufacturing of electro-mechanical devices and over its perid of existence has a number of achievements, which are as under:



1 Developing and marketing the first of its kind, SPEED LIMITER DEVICE for Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Medium Commercial Vehicles and Light Commercial Vehicles in India.
2 Marketing SFD Diesel Purifier (GLOBALY PATENTED PRODUCT), in collaboration with M/s. Saudi Factory for Diesel Purification Company, in India.
3 Developed a joint venture with COMPOSITE SCANDINAVIA for marketing composite LPG cylinders in India.
4 Conversion of Petrol and Diesel engines to CNG/LPG in our AutoGas Division.
5 Under development is a unique kit to convert petrol two wheelers to LPG.
6 Providing complete custom made solutions to O.E.Ms in the International Market.
7 Providing solutions to Indian Navy.
