We are the ONE OF THE LARGEST TURNED PART MANUFACTURER IN SOUTH-EAST ASIA, located in Amata Nakorn Industiral Estate in Chonburi, Thailand, about 60km away from Bangkok, and our company was established in 1995.

Hiraoka Sangyo Co., Ltd., a lathing manufactuerin Tokyo, Japan holds 75% of shares, and Eto Co., Ltd., a trading company in Tokyo, Japan holds 25%.

We manufacture our products, diameter from 1.0mm to 42mm, length from 0.4 to 400mm, by using 300 tons monthly of hazardous substance controlled materials such as Steel, Stainless steel, Brass, Copper, Phosphor bronze, Aluminum.

Our products are mainly delivered to Japanese & German major automakers & its suppliers, used for Engine, Brake, Shift unit, and also delivered to major electronics maker, used for Audio unit.

We have over 500 automatic lathing machines in house, and we also have extra processing machines such as Fine grinding(Centerless) machine, Rolling machine, Hole machine, Milling machine, Barrel polishing machine, Tapping machine, Auto washing machine in house.
We can provide our products with Heat treatment & Surface treatment such as Zinc plating, Electroless Nickel plating, Black Oxide, Anodization as well.

To ensure quality, Our in-house laboratory implements various reliability tests such as Hardness test, Roundness test, Roughness test, Air flow test, and X-ray analysis.
