Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Company www.honda-sundiro.com was established in 2001 with initial registered capital of US$130 million. It is a 50-50 joint venture company between Japan Honda Motor Company and Sundiro Holding Company which is a public company with stock exchange in Shenzhen. The factory annual capacity is 2 million complete units and 1 million engines. It has a total of 660,000 square meters (or 7.1 million square feet) of production and research facilities with over 5,000 employees and 300 technical engineers. Our current annual output value is around US$800 million dollars. Shanghai manufacturing plant has produced over 15 million motorcycles and scooters. We have exported 2.8 million motorcycles and scooters to over 95 countries and areas.
