Dyer Distributing, LP / Manufacturing Divison (DDM) operates out of 145, 000 sq ft facility in West TN. We have particle size reduction equipment with capabilities of taking large pieces of scrap down to 22 mesh particles. DDM primarily deals with Rigid PVC recyclables. DDM�s granulators have the capacity to produce 1.4 million pounds per month of 3/8� particle size regrind. Our pulverizer has a monthly capacity of 1.3 million pounds at 10-mesh particle size. We have a low speed mixer/ blender to homogenize 8, 000 lb batches. DDM current equipment utilization is about 50%. There is plenty of room and desire for expansion if the business dictates. DDM has a testing lab w/extruder to process samples. Color data, bulk density, sieve analysis, impact testing and basic flow characteristics can be analyzed. DDM provides custom COA�s with each load.
