Company Description

The DUDIN winery is founded in 1989 and was completely modernized in 2004 and equipped with latest and most advanced technology in wine production. The winery is owned by the Dudin family and it has a goal to produce only high quality wines like: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Merlot Barrique and Chardonnay Barrique. We have received golden awards for quality for all our wines.Located in the Povardarie wine region the winery is right along the river Vardar near the town of Negotino, where the soil and climate give auspicious conditions for cultivating high quality variety of grape and appropriately production of high quality wines. The winery has a capacity of 500 000 liters and it has its own plantations of the Rhine Riesling variety which is on granite limestone soil rich with calcium and its on 450 meters above sea level.The rest of the varieties of grapes CHARDONNAY, SAUVIGNON BLANC, CABERNET SAUVIGNON and MERLOT are provided from the subcontractors with which the winery has excellent cooperation and the whole process of grape production is controlled by the professional team from the winery. The climate conditions are auspicious with not too many rain falls during the summer. The period of July and August is hot with average temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and the autumn period is sunny and warm with rare rain falls. These climate conditions are auspicious for accumulation of sugar and balance between the sugar and acid. In the lower parts in this region the soil is with sandy upper layer and underneath layers of clay which provide the necessary mild and nutritional substances. Some parts of the soil are with limestone layers which consist micro elements which are necessary for normal growth of the grapes. In this region the soil also consists lignite contributes for the fertility of the grapes.
