Established in 1998,Dong Guan Yong Fang Electronics Technology Co. Ltd is focused on designing , manufacturing, and marketing medium and high end headphones, portable speakers, bluetooth headsets, bluetooth speakers and other audio accessories.
Located in No.12,Long'an Road,The 2'nd Industrial Zone, Shigu, Tangxia Town, Dongguan City, Dong Guan Yong Fang Electronics Factory covers an area of around 8,000 square meters, it has a perfect production facilities and advanced research and development test equipment: Horizontal injection press 9 sets, Vertical injection press 13 sets,Welding machine,Ultrasonic sewing machine,Pad printing machine,Constant temperature and Humidity test chamber,Swing tester,Integrated electroacoustic,instrument, Salt spray test machine,Key life test insturment, and so on.
The factory include four production workshop (The injection molding workshop, The finished product assembly workshop, Environment-protecting production workshop and Oil pad printing workshop), a comprehensive research and development laboratory
and 12 automatic assembly line. Now, there are more than 300 skilled employees and staffs, including more than 30 QC staffs and 5 R&D engineers, daily output reaches up to 60,000pcs.
We manufacture 70% of electronic components in our own well equipped factory. So we can ensure stable product performance, high product quality, lower product costs and fast delivery. In addition, the factory conduct a perfect quality control system so as to ensure that the qualification rate for the finished products is no less than than 98%.
