Dongguan Wangcheng Mould Co., Ltd. was set up in 2004. We have a plat covering an area of 1,800 square meters. Out factory has been professional in designing, producing, manufacturing and selling precision plastic injection and blow moulds in water industry area for over 10 years.

We have an R&D team and eight production workshops, 80 precision machining equipment, 25 new plastic molding machines, with the annual production capacity of over 900 sets of moulds. We are creating and selling plastic moulds, including 5 gallon water bottles and water caps, 5 gallon cap label sealing machines.

We have professional design and high-tech OEM capabilities. Now, we provide excellent quality, high efficiency and perfect services for customers. A large quantity of caps are exported to other countries every month, such as Russia, Canada, America, Australia, Dubai and Romania.

We use highly sophisticated mould equipment and fully automatic production lines to arrange caps, add liners, inner caps and labels automatically.

Wangcheng pays more attention to the development, research and production of 5 gallon caps. With innovation, we analyze the coordination of bottles and caps as well as the adjustment of capping machine line of pressing caps with our clients, so that we overcome series problems in using process of the caps, such as leakage, plastic scraped, security, dustproof, etc.
