Founded in 1995, Dongguan Kaiyuan Pneumatic Nail Co., Limited is a 18-year-old business. We have been specializing in all kinds of pneumatic staples, nails, and staple and nail making machinery with strong technical force and production abilities. Over the last 18 years, we have been constantly delivering high-quality with competitive price to our customers all over the world.

Our products have the following features: high strength and high pull resistance. Our product can be used in following applications: furniture, upholstery, board, slat, decorative moldings, windows and doors, interior construction, cabinets, picture frame assembly, hardwood trim, glazing beads, joinery manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, mattress, wooden packaging, pallets, concrete applications, metal fixing and automatic industry. Additional applications are including but not limited to bedding, vehicle seats, wire connections, fencing, animal cages, animal house, chain link installation, sports nettings, lobster traps, crab traps and automatic seating etc.

Our main products include industrial staples (80, 90, 92, 100, 32, 35, 84, 97, 50, 71, 4J, 10J, 10F, 12F, K & N series, etc.), office staples (NO.10, 24 & 26 series, etc.), brads (T and F series, 16 gauge brads and 18 gauge brads), coil nails and special fasteners (Hog rings, corrugated fasteners, etc.), and machinery, like staple and brad nail making machines and single-wire staple making machines (Hog rings, C rings, etc.). Furthermore, our engineers and skillful technical staff members are also able to design and develop machines as per customers' requirements.

Our factory consists of 6 production workshops which are Raw material, Wire flattening, Wire band making, Wire band straightening, Staples & Brads Forming and Packing.

Our main materials are as follows: galvanized iron wire, stainless steel and high carbon steel wire. We apply AQL methodology to all our quality checks, ranging from IQC (Incoming Quality Check), IPQC (In-process Quality Check) to OQC (Outgoing Quality Check). In addition, we also have a QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist to follow up on quality corrections and carry out quality assurance procedures on a daily basis. Quality: it is a word you hear a lot around Kaiyuan. In fact, it is kind of an obsession for us. We think about it constantly. The quality of our staff, the quality of our work, the quality of our reports, the quality of our service, the quality of our lives in everything we do, we want our quality to be the best. And then, when we are absolutely certain that it is the best, we want it to be even better.

In order to lift and maintain our craftsmanship, we organize worker of the Month contests to foster a constructive and positive atmosphere of competition. The winner of Championship will be entitled to an award and honor. Every new worker will be trained for one month until he masters the skills required for his position. Workers are rotated in different production workshops and as a result of this, we have quite a few all-rounders. For entry-level staff, we create a mentor program in which senior staff can train and coach them in a planned schedule.

We have regular designs from our loyal designers. A wide collection of staples and staple making machines are available to our customers. Each year, we launch new products on a regular basis to create a new fashion and trend in the staple industry.

In coming 2-3 years, we are going to enlarge our design each year and double our production capacity. With all these goals in our pipeline, we will be fully driven and motivated to implement more streamlined internal procedures and processes
